Response to Yuki Shimizu(Yuki Suzuki)
The changing expectations to women is controversial argument point as well as interesting to me, I think. Before considering the that expectations to women, I think it is interesting to think the major league baseball players like Ichiro SUZUKI (Marliners)and Kazuhiro ISHII(Dogers) from Japan. They got married with women who can speak English fluentry(they lived in U.S), as if they(Ichiro and Ishii) expect their wives to support to play in Major league. The women's role is changing as well as men's ecpectations to women(wives). It seems like that they, ichiro and ishii expects their wives to support their baseball career in U.S before marriages, and they did not expect their wives to do only households. Oppositely, Sasaki(Marliners) went to back to Japan's baseball league because his wife could not support him in many ways(just like insisting on bringing up their children in Japan, or staying in Japan).
By the way, Changing expectations to women can be verified by the increaing people who want to change thier jobs, who are interested in studying in higher degree. like M.B.A and L.L.M, and who start their own businesses.Taking example, notorious conservatism country Japan's workers(just kidding;), they used to work in the same company, just working for the company or salary, not for themselves, workers. That's s why workers in Japan has been called as "Salary-man", a prevalent common name for them. However, they gradually changed. For instance, many people who stuck in the companies go out form them to make new things, not limited to businesses. Waht I want to say is the working style in Japan is gradually changing, and as a resut, workers in Japan really think of their career plans. Consequentlly, the number of people changing thier jobs also increases. As the working style changes, the wives,(better to say women') role changed. They work their husbands works together, and do households together, or independently based on their schedules. They shared works instead of households, and they work together for their career. The expectations to women is changing from just supporting their husbands to making futures with their husbands and childre. It is funny.
