response to vonny from seon cheol

The more women take part in social life, the more conflicts happen. There is no exact answer to this conflict. As the society develops, the desire of women’s participation is also increasing. However, men do not want this phenomenon. The current social situation is like a deadlock that both arguments can nit back out. I think men are anxious about their job titles. Men seem to think that women are likely to take their jobs. The size of a given pie is limited, and the number of people who want this pie is more than expected, so that the competition will be strong. Only men who won a battle with women will survive according to the law of the survival for the fittest, and they try to make more barriers. We have to know what the win-win strategy of this situation is. We have to increase the size of a given pie to make both satisfy. When I read Vonny’s response, she also understands the reality of women that most of domestic housework is imposed to women. I agree to the argument that men should devote themselves to the domestic housework. However, in Korean, we have a social standard. This is a man should be manly, and an woman should be womanly, so that a man has to be devoted to his job, and an woman also has to be devoted to housework. A man can not do two things simultaneously, and an woman also can not.
