I agree with Vonny at some points. A long time ago, wives need to be able to cook, do household chores and take care of the children. But now, wives do go to work and support the family, but they have to do the household chores as well. So wives have to work double than husbands. I agree that women when they are married to someone, they have less time to spend with their friends or relatives because they have to take care of the family and do the households. I also agree that the wive mention in the essay is not exist because it is too perfect and no one is perfect. However, there are some women who almost meet the criteria of being a perfect wife. Many American women do both household and work full time. Because of the economy, both husband and wife have to work full time in order to support the family. I think Brady wrote this essay because she feels that her husband always wanted more out of her. Maybe her husband expects her to be able to work, cook, take care of the children and also meet his sexual needs, but in return he didn’t do anything that she wants. I think husband and wife should share their household chores together, because God created woman to accompany man. It means that wife will be there for husband to share the joy and sadness.
