Response to Seon from Yuki Shimizu

I would like to write the response to Seon. I appreciate that you brought out the intriguing points how women grab the chance to enter into business. In 1950, after World War II, women may start utilizing the skill that they have learned during WWII. Although I definitely agree with your thought, I would say there is another facet which affects dramatically upon the changing the role between men and women. As one thing, I want to raise the topic of improvement of technology. Thanks to sophistication and improvement, they made enable people to do work and house work with less efforts and time. At the same time, more companies which provide not only goods but services have shown up. For instance, women needs less time to fix dinner and less energy to keep house clean. Moreover, there is people who are willing to take care of baby and children.
As one more thing which made them active in business field, we cannot forget the changes in viewpoints from society. In history, the women’s right to vote is much after the black. As the result, sadly, women used to be looked down by men. So, it is no wander that there is the people who fight with social viewpoint to acquire the equal right with men. Unfortunately, even now that many women enter into business. There is only a few who are in charge of administrative position. I hope that women achieve same rights of possibility to go beyond the glass ceiling.
