I agree with Lisa’s opinion. I think the family will be happier living only the three of them, without Apa living with them. Apa is not a good father and he need to check on himself. I also agree that after reading this story I feel that I’m so lucky to have a family like my family. I have a loving father who cares and loves for me. However, I’m wondering what happen to Apa back in Korea. He must be very sad and depressed because it is his dream to come to the US but he himself who ruin the family. I also agree that Joon and Young are very strong children. They help out their parents with working at the ice cream’s stall. Young never complains living in that kind of environment and having an abusive father. I cannot stop thinking how cruel Apa is. How can he has an affair with other woman while Uhmma is so kind and always try to help Apa. I cannot stop thanking God for giving me such a blessing to have a family like my own. My father always solve problems by rebuking and talking to us. he never hits me or my mother.
