EDU T&L 108.01 Discussion Board

If I were a lady, I wish I could be a wife. If a wife does not have a job, she can do whatever she can. She can go shopping, visit some friends’ house, change arrangement of house, whatever. If she has a child, she can do even more. She can go to a short trip to Europe and go back to school. I guess that being wife is the best job because she can do use her spare time as much as she wants as long as she try to satisfy her husband’s need. However, Judy’s circumstance may be different from housewives shown above. She may have children, have full time job, or both. She may be frustrating this circumstances and she would love to escape from her position. Now that many women are entering into working, we men have to change our perspective and alter our behavior toward house duty. Husband may be able to go to grocery shopping instead of her. Fixing dinner once or twice a week may be another option. If a husband helps her to share her burdensome house work, she may make more time to spend with him. Moreover, a husband may get more respect from wife and make a good relationship between a husband and a wife. Sadly there are still many wives who have a hard time as a wife and feel just like Judy said. I hope the number of the people will decrease in future.
