The last part of SFH is very interesting because it tells the closure for Young Ju's family. When Apa got out of the prison, he went with another woman and finaly went back to Korea. I think that is the best decision for him because it is proven that he was unable to adapt with the American culture. I think he would be happier in Korea. I was really satisfied with Uhmma's decision to stay in America. Joon, who always complained about not having enough time with his friends finally helped his family but working at the grocery. After their father left them, they become stronger and even closer as a family. Young Ju even received a scholarship for college. In the end, they had their own house and they were happy. I learned a great deal from this novel. I realized that I was very lucky to be born in my family because both of my parents are very happy together.
